SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders received will typically be shipped within 3 business days. If, for some reason, the order cannot be processed or the items are out of stock you will be notified by our customer care department. Shipping will be via the service as listed on the order form. If a service is not available to a certain area, the service type will be changed to the closest available service. Shipping charges listed On-line are estimated and the shipping costs may be adjusted after the order is placed. If any adjustments are made the customer will be notified via email. Shipments must be to physical street addresses, PO BOX addresses cannot be used.

PAYMENT

We currently accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, and JCB Credit Cards. We can only accept cards issued by a US bank and cards with a billing address within the US. The billing address given will be verified with the issuing bank and must exactly match the billing address listed with the issuing bank. All items must be shipped to the credit card's billing address, unless the shipment address is on file in the issuing bank as an alternate address. This alternate address must be verifiable through the issuing bank. Orders will not be shipped until all information is verified by the issuing bank and the charge processed. If there is any trouble in verifying information or processing the charge, the order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted to attempt to rectify the situation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are only accepting orders from the United States. We cannot accept orders from any other foreign countries. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled without penalty up until the package is shipped. If the package has been shipped and the shipment is refused, you will be charged for the shipping fees plus a $40 processing fee. Once the package has been received and opened, the order cannot be canceled. Returns would be processed according to the return policy

RETURN POLICY

Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be authorized by our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) department. Our RMA department may be contacted at  service@mega-penny.com. Our RMA department will issue you an RMA number. Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused. All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly. The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused. DOA / defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge. Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials. If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $25, or 15% per unit, will be billed to your account. Mega-Penny.com credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest. All licensed software (including Windows) is not returnable if the package has been opened. Licensed software is shipped in a sealed package and will have a message on the seal or package that indicates that the license is activated when the seal is broken. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

REBATES

All rebates are offered and fulfilled by product manufacturers. Mega-Penny.com assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, eligibility, terms, conditions, policies, or practices surrounding any rebates. All rebate issues are between the manufacturer and the consumer. The consumer is responsible for fulfilling any and all requirements necessary to redeem the rebate. For all items with a rebate, we will charge the customer the full price for the item. Please check with the manufacturer or the party offering the rebate concerning any details concerning the rebate.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products are generally available for shipment in 2-3 business days. Availability information posted on the site is not "real time" and occasionally a product may be out of stock or encounter supply problems. The customer will be notified of any delays and given a best estimate on when the item will be available for shipment. If an item has been sold out or discontinued, the customer will be notified that the order cannot be fulfilled. SECURITY

All transactions are performed on a secure web server. Secure web server technology ensures that the server is the proper server and not the server of a malicious web site. It also encrypts all data to prevent a malicious individual from intercepting Credit Card or other sensitive data. In a effort to protect consumers, we screen all orders for credit card fraud. If an order is suspect of fraud we may require additional information or the order may not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny any order which we believe to not be legitimate.

ITEM SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Some items which we offer may be close out or some other type of special item. In these cases, alternate return, warranty, and/or payment policies may apply for that item. If alternate terms and conditions apply to a product, they will be noted in the item's description. Any special terms disclosed within the item's descriptions will take precedence over any terms listed on this page.

NAME BRAND PRODUCTS WARRANTY

Name brand products and accessories purchased directly from Mega-Penny.com come with a manufacturer's warranty and support. The specifics of the warranty will vary from product to product. Warranty information for name brand products can be obtained from our customer service department at service@mega-penny.com .

All technical support and warranty questions or requests will be handled by the product manufacturer. Contact and warranty information for name brand products is located inside the product packaging in the form of a warranty registration card or some other form of literature. Please read all manufacturer's literature.

PRICE, AVAILABILITY, AND SPECIFICATIONS

We make every effort to ensure that our price, availability, and specifications are as accurate as possible, however due to rapidly fluctuating price, availability, and specifications on many items, these factors may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify price, availability, and specifications at any time. We cannot be responsible for typographical errors. If an order is received after there is a change and before the change has been posted to the site, we will contact you to inform you of the change and give you an opportunity to modify or cancel your order.
